Ingredients
- 2 4-1/2 oz rounds Brie Cheese
- 2 T. cream sherry or milk
- 3 T. Toasted sliced almonds
Instructions
- Cut the covering from cheese. Let stand at room temperature about 1 hour or until softened.
- Beat with electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute.
- Add sherry or milk and beat until smooth.
- Chop almonds and add to mixture.
- Serve immediately or if chilled, let spread stand at room temperature for 30-45 minutes.
- Serve on bread or crackers.
