  • 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter room temperature

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced apples, lemon juice, and vanilla. Layer apples in a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  • In another bowl, combine brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is moist and crumbly.
  • Sprinkle topping evenly over apples.
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until topping is golden and apples are tender.
