
YaYa’s Southern Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- Dash salt
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup pecans
- Deep dish 9” pie crust unbaked
Instructions
- Beat eggs with sugar, salt, dark corn syrup, and butter.
- Add 1 cup pecans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes in unbaked pie shell.
