4-5medium potatoesroughly the same size
1 to 1½cupswater
Instructions
Wash the potatoes well, scrubbing off any dirt or sprouts.
Place the steamer rack in your Instant Pot and add the water to the bottom.
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on the rack.
Secure the lid and set the valve to “Sealed.”
Choose Pressure Cook (or Manual) and set the time based on potato size:
