Cut the steak into 6 pieces. Salt to taste and roll each piece into flour to coat.
Fry the steak on both sides until brown in the oil.
Remove the steak from the fry pan and place into a baking dish.
Add 2 T. flour to the grease remaining in the fry pan from browning the meat.
Stir and let the flour cook until it is browned.
Add water and stir well.
Pour the browned mixture over the steak.
Cover and cook in the oven at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until tender.
You can also cook this in a crockpot on low for 3-4 hours
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes
