Ingredients

Stir Fry

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 packages Ramen Noodles discard seasoning packs
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 bag frozen Stir Fry vegetables 12 oz or larger
  • 1 Onion diced
  • Sesame or Olive Oil

Sauce

  • Sweet Thai Chili Sauce approximately 1/2 cup
  • 2-3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Siracha
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt I use Kosher
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Whisk together all the sauce ingredients until combined. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a large deep nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Once hot, add the ground beef and cook, breaking up the beef into small pieces, until no pink remains. Drain off the grease. Transfer meat to a bowl and keep warm.
  • Add frozen vegetables and diced onion, cooking until tender - about 3-5 minutes, transfer to meat bowl.
  • Add water to the skillet and bring to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook until tender, 3-4 minutes. Drain off any excess water.
  • Reduce heat to medium and return cooked ground beef and vegetables to the skillet with the noodles.
  • Pour in the sauce and cook, stirring to coat and heat through, about 2 minutes.
  • Serve with a topping of Cilantro or Scallions (optional)
