1tablespooncocoa powder
1tablespoonsugar
1/3cupcold water
2/3cupmilk
2drops vanillaoptional

Instructions
Mix the sugar and cocoa together in the top of a double boiler.
Stir in the cold water until a smooth paste forms. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the milk to the hot mixture and stir until well blended. If time allows, let it stand over hot water for a few minutes to improve flavor.
Just before serving, add vanilla if desired, and reheat.
