Ingredients

  • 1 London Broil about 1½ to 2 lbs
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 teaspoons meat tenderizer
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons sherry
  • 2 teaspoons Accent seasoning

Instructions

  • In a bowl or large measuring cup, mix together the soy sauce, honey, tenderizer, sugar, sherry, and Accent.
  • Place the London Broil in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
  • Pour marinade over the meat, seal or cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  • When ready to cook, remove the steak from the marinade and pat dry.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill steak about 10 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until medium-rare with a pink center.
  • Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
  • Slice thin on a diagonal, across the grain, and serve immediately.
